Open 24/7, keycard access.

Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Monday - Thursday: 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Call ahead. Cash or check only)

By appointment: email epratt@ccwell.org to schedule an alternate time. All members must obtain a membership in person initially.

All new members/guests should enter through South doors. Gym/front door will remain locked at this time.

FEES

Monthly: $15

Six-month membership: $75

Annual membership: $150

Childcare available while using our services. See Childcare Page for hours.

*Members of select Medicare health plans are eligible for a FREE gym membership through SilverSneakers® or Renew Active® (UnitedHealthcare). Call us at 815-454-8020 to see if you are eligible!

Equipment

Our gym has cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, rowing) and weight machines (cable weights, leg press machine, Smith machine) as well as a pull-up bar, dumbbells of various sizes, adjustable benches, jump rope, a kettlebell and mats.

Childcare

Childcare is available free-of-charge, however a parent or guardian must be using Cornerstone services and remain on-premise.

Grief Share - Seminar

Looking for help and encouragement after the death of a loved one?

Grief Share is a special weekly (13 weeks) seminar and support group designed to help you rebuild your life. We know it hurts, and we want to help.

A new session of GriefShare will begin January 9th, 9-11 am. Suggested one-time donation of $15 for materials. RSVP to epratt@ccwell.org to reserve your spot.

Margaret Murphey, LCPC

Margaret "Meg" Murphey is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 20 years experience.  She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University in Family Social Services and her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College Graduate School.  Meg has worked in residential, hospital and outpatient settings with children, adolescents and adults. She also co-hosted the radio show Growing Stronger Together which focused on healthy relationships with God, others and ourselves. She is married and enjoys swimming, walking, reading, writing, gardening, decorating and traveling.

Meg has experience helping clients navigate: Depression, Anxiety and Panic Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Trauma and PTSD, Stress, Anger Management, Domestic Violence, Sexual Abuse, Women's Issues, Self-Esteem, Body Image Issues, Marital and Family Therapy, Relationship Issues, Grief and Loss, Life Transitions, Adjustment Disorders, Career and Employment Issues.

Goals

Cornerstone Community Wellness just re-opened Royal Super Mart to create a new and sustainable grocery store model for our rural community. The store offers an experience that recognizes the presence of dollar stores and big box shopping options and utilizes the benefits and culture of rural communities.
