Building Strength is a weekly group fitness class that focuses on function, power, and endurance strength training fundamentals. It features a circuit training format with participants working together to achieve their goals! While the class focuses mainly on weight training through free weights, resistance bands, and more to engage every muscle, it includes short cardio and core work intervals.
